1. What the site is

The site is a free calendar of upcoming catalysts (earnings dates, investor days, conferences and SEC filings) for a curated list of stocks. A paid tier may be offered later under additional terms.

2. Not advice

The site provides information only and is not investment, financial, legal or tax advice. Please read the Disclaimer, which is part of these terms.

3. Accuracy and availability

The site and its content are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy, completeness, timeliness, merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Dates change and data may be wrong. We may change, suspend or discontinue any part of the site at any time.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• use the site for anything unlawful, or to mislead others about where its information comes from;
• access the site by automated means in a way that places an unreasonable load on it;
• copy and republish the site's compilation of data as your own product or service;
• attempt to break, probe or bypass the site's security, or interfere with other users.

Sharing the “Share this week” image and links to the site is welcome, including on social media.

5. Ownership

The site's design, text and compilation belong to its operators. Underlying public information, such as SEC filings, remains public. Company names, logos and ticker symbols belong to their respective owners.

6. Third-party links

The site links to other websites, including company investor-relations pages and SEC EDGAR. We aren't responsible for their content or practices.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the operators of the site will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, trading losses or loss of data, arising from your use of, or inability to use, the site or its content.

8. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows the latest version, and continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
