Privacy policy

Browsing the site

You can use the site without an account. We don't set cookies to track you, and we don't use advertising or cross-site tracking.

• Visitor statistics. We use Vercel Web Analytics to count visits. It works without cookies and reports aggregated numbers such as pages viewed, referring sites, country, device type and browser. It doesn't follow you across other websites.
• Hosting. Like any website, our hosting provider (Vercel) processes standard technical request data, such as IP address and browser type, to deliver and protect the site.

The Pro waitlist

If you join the waitlist, we store:

• your email address;
• the Pro features you ticked as most useful, if any;
• where you signed up (the home page or a ticker page) and when.

We use this only to email you when Pro launches and to decide which features to build first. We don't sell or share your email, and we won't add you to other mailing lists.

Who processes data for us

• Vercel: website hosting and visitor statistics.
• Supabase: the database that stores the calendar and the waitlist.

How long we keep it

Waitlist entries are kept until Pro launches and we've emailed you, or until you ask us to delete yours, whichever comes first. Visitor statistics are kept only in aggregate.

Your choices

You can ask to see or delete the data we hold about you at any time, by email at hello@wattsnext.app. Any email we send will also tell you how to unsubscribe.

Children

The site isn't intended for children under 16, and we don't knowingly collect their data.

Changes

If this policy changes, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
